Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026.

1. Data controller

DD FF Decision Ltd, trading as Datagaia (company no. 03266473), is the data controller for this site. Contact hello@datagaia.io with any privacy request or question.

2. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the name, email address, area of interest and message you provide. We do not collect any other personal data on this site — there is no visitor tracking, and no data is collected simply by browsing.

3. How we use it, and who we share it with

We use your enquiry details only to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you have voluntarily contacted us and we are responding to that request (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Enquiry data may pass through the following processors, each used only where we have it configured: Resend (to email your enquiry to our team) and Supabase (to store your enquiry so we can follow up). The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web request logs. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months from your last contact with us, or for as long as we have an ongoing business relationship with you, whichever is longer. After that, it is deleted unless we are required to keep it for a legal reason.

5. Cookies & analytics

This site does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own hosting, not loaded from a third-party font service.

6. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to ask us for access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, contact hello@datagaia.io. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you think we have not handled your data properly.
